Dump Trailer Drop-Off/Haul-Off

Client’s Information:

Rate: 1 ton included; additional tonnage is $40 per ton *Dependent upon material

$30 Late fee per hour

● Maximum Load Capacity: The trailer is rated for a maximum load of 10,000 lbs. Renters are responsible for ensuring that the combined weight of the contents loaded into the trailer does not exceed this limit.

1. Scope of Service:

• We agree to deliver one dump trailer (“Trailer”) to Your specified location for loading by You.

• Upon Your notification, we will return to remove and properly dispose of the contents.

• You are not authorized to move, tow, or relocate the Trailer for any reason.

• You must inspect the Trailer upon delivery and accept it in satisfactory condition before loading.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be solely responsible for the Trailer while it is in Your possession.

• Keep loads level with or below the top rails of the Trailer.

• Not exceed the manufacturer’s weight limit or agreed service limit.

• Ensure the load is safe for transport; overloaded or improperly loaded trailers may be refused pick up until corrected.

• Not affix signage or make alterations without Our written approval.

3. Prohibited Materials & Uses

You may NOT place the following in the Trailer:

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, paints, oils, solvents, illegal substances.

• Concrete, large logs, large appliances, or any restricted item prohibited by local law.

• Any load placed by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Any use that could cause intentional or reckless damage. If prohibited items are discovered, You will be liable for all related disposal costs, fines, and fees.

4. Damage, Loss & Liability

• You are responsible for all damage, loss, theft, missing equipment, and related costs, regardless of fault.

• This includes Loss of Use (daily rental value until repaired/replaced) and any Diminished Value.

• We are not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, or property caused by normal trailer placement or removal.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the Trailer.

5. Charges, Payment & Overages

• Payment is due at delivery. Failure to pay may result in immediate dumping of the load on-site.

• Base service includes up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs.) of material and one dump run.

• Overweight: $40 per ton over the included weight.

• Extra dump runs: $100 each.

• Overload fee: $100 per 1,000 lbs. over maximum payload.

• Cleaning fee: Up to $50 for excessive debris/mess.

• Late fee: $30/hour if Trailer is not ready for pickup at the agreed time.

• All additional costs may be charged to Your payment method on file.

6. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgment

• We provide no insurance coverage for the Trailer or Your load.

• You assume all risk for injury, property damage, or other losses during the rental period.

• Supplemental renter’s insurance may be available upon request.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Lubbock County.

8. Entire Agreement

This document is the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have been given an opportunity to read the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement before being asked to sign. Your signature authorizes us to process a credit card voucher for all charges due to us under this agreement
